This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit uamobile.net or contact us. We follow the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 and, for visitors from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent it applies. The Ukrainian version of this policy is the binding one.
This policy covers the uamobile.net website only. It does not cover the advertising services we provide to clients and publishers, which are governed by separate agreements and documents.

2. What data we process and why
a) Contacting us (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, contact form)
The contact form does not send data to our server. When you click the button, it opens your own e-mail app with a prepared message that you send yourself. When you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide: usually your name, e-mail address, phone number, company or website name, and the content of your message.
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry and preparing an advertising campaign proposal or publisher partnership terms.
- Legal basis: steps needed to enter into a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in corresponding with clients and partners (Art. 11 of the Law; for EU visitors, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
b) Using the website (technical data)
When you visit the website, the hosting provider’s servers automatically log technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, browser and operating system type, and the referring page.
- Purpose: keeping the website running, secure and available, including protection against attacks and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
3. Cookies and analytics
uamobile.net does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. We do not track your activity or profile you. The hosting provider may use technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary to keep the website secure.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
4. Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with providers that process it on our behalf or provide services to us:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and delivery (CDN),
- the provider of our e-mail service,
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: Google Fonts,
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta): if you contact us via WhatsApp,
- accounting, legal and IT contractors, to the extent needed for their services.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.
5. Transfers abroad
Some of our providers are located in, or use infrastructure in, countries outside Ukraine, including the EU and the United States. Cross-border transfers follow Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for data from the EU, the grounds set out in Chapter V GDPR.
6. How long we keep data
- Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any talks that follow, and then until the limitation period for possible claims expires.
- Technical data (server logs): for the retention period used by the hosting provider, usually no longer than a few weeks.
7. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law you have the right to:
- know who processes your data and why, and access it,
- have inaccurate data corrected and unlawfully processed data deleted,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua) or to a court.
Visitors from the EU also have the rights set out in Articles 15–21 GDPR and may complain to the supervisory authority of their country.
To exercise your rights, write to us at olena@uamobile.net.
8. Providing data is voluntary
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the law or our services change. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last update.
